Comprehensive Guide to Using the Ally Plus Platform: Easily Manage Quotes, Contracts, and Exchange Services

Updated over 2 months ago

1 - How to Create a Quote

Step by Step:

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Go to the “Quotes and Links” tab within the lead’s profile.

  3. Click on "New Quote" and fill in the details: destination country, city, course, desired dates, and additional services (such as accommodation or insurance).

  4. Click on “Search.”

Tips:

  • Country and city names must be entered in English.

  • Check the updated price list to avoid inconsistencies by clicking on the image below.

  • Click on "View Quote," save, copy and paste, or send the quote via email directly to the student through the platform by clicking on the gear icon in front of the link, as shown in the image below.

2 - Start Date and Enrollment Date

Explanation:

  • The start date corresponds to the first day of class at the destination.

  • The enrollment date refers to the student's confirmation in the chosen course. If in doubt, do not change this date. The system will automatically consider the date the quote was created.

Platform Configuration:

  • When you enter the start date while creating the quote, the system will automatically add Christmas, summer, and other supplements, along with mandatory fees.

  • If these supplements or mandatory fees are not automatically added, search for them in the respective field and add them manually.

  • Ensure the student meets document submission deadlines before enrollment.

3 - How to Use Filters

Available Filters:

  • Destination (country or city).

  • Course type (language courses, preparatory, high school).

  • Additional services (accommodation, insurance, transfer).

How to Use:

  1. Go to the search section.

  2. Select the desired filters to refine the results.

  3. Click to view available options.

Note: If you are unsure about the classification of a program, DO NOT use filters initially. Search first, then add more filters, and search again.

4 - Add-ons, Mandatory Fees, and Fee Editing

Add-ons:

  • Extra services that can be added, such as transfer, guardianship fees, and more.

Mandatory Fees:

  • Include enrollment, insurance, and administrative fees.

  • Check which ones are already included in the initial quote.

How to Edit:

  1. Go to the student’s quote in "View Quote."

  2. Click on the desired value and edit as needed. Remember, you are responsible for the values after editing, so ensure they are correct.

5 - Student Area

Access:

Available Features:

  • View personal details and program information.

  • Track pending items (documents, payments).

  • Download the contract and other important information.

6 - Purchase Link and Service Agreement

Digital Process in 2 Steps:

  1. Send the quote link so the student can view all included items and payment options.

  2. To complete the purchase, the student must follow the online step-by-step process.

  • The service agreement appearing in the 3rd part of the process is a pre-contract and must be accepted by the student before making the payment.

  • After payment, the student will be directed to the student area and receive an email to sign the final contract via DocuSign.

Tip:

Inform the student about the legal validity of digital signatures in Brazil.

7 - Changes and Cancellations

Changes:

  • Change and cancellation requests must be sent by the consultant to our team via WhatsApp: +55 16 99600-2496.

  • Wait for the platform and suppliers to approve the change. The data will be automatically updated in the student’s profile.

Cancellations:

  • Access the platform contract at this link to review all rules regarding changes and cancellations.
