Overview
You can manually invite, remove, or promote/demote members to admins from the “Members” settings page. Members with different roles also have different access rights to edit the team and to integrate with other tools.
Configure
Manage members in the “Members” page under settings. The members can be invited by admins or regular members, but members can only be removed by admins.
Invite members
You can invite members from the “Members” page under settings. Make sure that you keep in mind the following:
When you invite a new member, the member is set to a regular team member by default
Once a new member has joined a team, an admin can promote this member as well
You can invite as many new members via email as you like from the invitation modal
Members receive an email invitation to your team from where they can join
When a member is in “Pending invitation” state, you can simply re-invite them to send another email invitation to them
Inviting more members effects your plan and monthly billing.
Member rules
Different member roles have different access or edit rights.
Admin members
have full access and edit rights:
Can access every Alongspace from the entire team
Can invite other members
Can promote/demote other members on the team
Can remove other members
Can edit branding
Can connect/disconnect any integration
(Regular) members
have limited access and edit rights:
Can only access the Alongspaces they own or are added to as space members
Can invite other members
Cannot promote/demote other members on the team
Cannot edit branding or control integrations
Setting (regular) members is only accessible in the Full Suite.
Leave a team
To leave a team you need to activate the dropdown next to your member information. From the dropdown you can select “Leave team” to leave the team.
When leaving a team, the spaces owned by the leaving member are transferred over to an admin in the team.
Join teams
Inviting a member to your Along team gives them access to the team. They become a regular member by default, which gives them limited access and edit rights. An admin will have to promote the user to become an admin manually.

Managing members in your spaces is broken down into two different teams.
The selling team, where every space member is automatically also a member in your team in Along
The buying team, where every member is external and can be invited from the “Member modal” on the buyer team (e.g. Apple) in your Alongspaces. Every external member that is added here is ultimately getting access to this space only.
