Octo provides powerful reporting capabilities to help users analyze cloud usage, monitor optimization efforts, and identify cost-saving opportunities across multiple accounts. Reports can be generated monthly, quarterly, or yearly, with options for pre-configured templates or fully customizable layouts.

Octo offers two main approaches to report creation:

Fixed Report

Pre-configured reports with predefined layouts that automatically structure insights based on your selected time period. This option provides a quick way to generate comprehensive reports with standard metrics and visualizations.

Custom Report: Build from Scratch

Customizable reports where you can add widgets from Octo’s widget library and design your own layout. This gives you complete control over report content and visualizations.

Edit, Delete, and Duplicate Report

📝 To manage existing reports, click the kebab menu (three dots) on the report. Options include:

  • Edit: Update details such as name, description, avatar, theme, and publishing settings.

  • Delete: Permanently remove the report.

  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the report for further customization.

Additional Options

  • Set as Main Report: Designate as the default report.

  • Switch Display Currency: Toggle between yen and dollar views.

  • Information: View detailed report information.

  • Edit Layout: Modify the arrangement of widgets and sections.
