Alvys offers a range of user roles to ensure every team member has access to the tools and information they need to perform their responsibilities effectively. Below is a breakdown of each role and its primary purpose within the system.

Support

The Support role consists of users who provide technical assistance to other users. They are responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the platform for all users.


Admin

The Admin role encompasses users who have full access to the system within their specific tenant. Often referred to as Tenant Administrators, these users are responsible for managing their organization's overall configuration and settings in Alvys.


Partner Admin

The Partner Admin role is assigned to users who own the tenant account. They have the highest level of control over their tenant's account, including billing and account-level settings.


Office Admin

Users with the Office Admin role oversee office-related configurations and resources. Their responsibilities include:

  • Managing office-specific settings.

  • Overseeing office users and their access levels.

  • Ensuring efficient office operations within the system.


Dispatcher

The Dispatcher role focuses on coordinating and managing driver activities. Dispatchers are responsible for:

  • Assigning and managing tasks for drivers.

Biller
