Integrate Truckstop with Alvys for seamless load posting. Follow this guide to set up, troubleshoot, and ensure a smooth workflow.

Updated over a month ago

Truckstop is a key load board for freight management, and integrating it with Alvys allows for automated load posting and a smoother workflow. If you're experiencing issues with the integration, this guide will walk you through setting it up or fixing any existing problems.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

Step 2: Locate Truckstop in LoadBoard Integrations

(Optional) Step 3: Remove the Existing Truckstop Integration

If Truckstop is already connected but not working, the best fix is to remove and re-add it. Find the Truckstop integration in the list and click Deactivate. Before doing this, make sure you have your Truckstop login credentials saved somewhere—you’ll need them to reconnect. Once removed, the integration will disappear from the list, allowing you to start fresh.

Step 4: Add Truckstop

To integrate, select Truckstop, enter the default posting email then hit save. The next window will take you to the authentication process, where you will need to log into your Truckstop account.

Step 5: Authenticate with Truckstop

You will be redirected to the Truckstop login page, where you need to enter your username and password. If prompted, complete any additional verification steps, such as multi-factor authentication. Once authenticated, approve any access requests to allow Alvys to connect with your Truckstop account. After this step, you should be redirected back to the Alvys integrations page.

Step 6: Confirm the Integration is Working

Back on the Alvys integrations page, check the status of Truckstop. If it says Integrated, the process is complete. If it still isn’t working, double-check that your login credentials are correct, ensure that no browser extensions or pop-up blockers are interfering with the authentication process, and verify that Truckstop’s website is not experiencing downtime. If everything seems fine but it’s still not integrating, move on to troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If Truckstop won’t integrate, check the following:

  • If your credentials are incorrect, reset your Truckstop password and try again.

  • If the redirect isn’t working, clear your browser cache or switch to incognito mode.

  • If you’re stuck on authentication, make sure your Truckstop account has the necessary permissions to integrate with Alvys.

  • If the problem persists, reach out to Alvys Support or Truckstop Support to see if there are any account restrictions or service outages affecting the integration.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully integrate Truckstop with Alvys. Keeping your login credentials stored securely and documenting any errors will make future troubleshooting easier. If you continue to have issues, contacting support is the next best step to resolve any deeper technical problems.
