Quick guide to adding new users on Alvys

Follow these steps to add a new user:

  1. Click on your user icon in the bottom left corner of the page to open the menu, then select "Company Profile."

  2. In the Company Profile, select the "Users" tab and click the "Add User" button.

  3. Enter their name and email in the form.

  4. Use the Role dropdown to select the user’s role.

  5. Adjust their permissions within the platform according to their role by checking the boxes of the actions you want them to be able to see.

  6. Add User using the button on the bottom left.

The new user will receive further instructions to log in via email.
