手順
画像商標の調査については、商標調査Premiumサービスをご提供していますので、ご利用をおすすめします。
Amazing DXでの商標検索は、画像の要素を入力してください。
（例：「りんご」の画像なら「りんご」）
※検索結果はすべて無視して出願依頼ください。出願依頼時、備考欄に「画像での出願を希望する」とご記載ください。
もし、商標調査Premiumサービスをご利用された場合には、その案件番号を入力いただければスムーズです。サイト右下のチャットから、画像データを添付してお送りください（ゼムクリップのマーク）。
複数件ある場合は、どの画像がどの案件に対応しているか、明記ください。
また、メールアドレスを未入力の場合、アドレスをお伺いしますので、ご入力ください。
（お客様を特定するため）
その後、お送り頂いた画像データをもとに、商標出願を進めます。
※1 メールでの画像データの送信にも対応しております。
※2 商標出願依頼時に、画像をチャット（メール）にてお送りいただいた場合、送付済であることをお伝えいただけますと、手続がスムーズに進みます。
※３Amazing DXでは出願ご依頼の際に商標検索を行っていただく必要がございますが、商標検索は文字を含む商標を対象としております。
そのため、文字を含まない商標（イラストのみの商標）につきましては、Amazing DXの商標検索画面において、先行商標の有無を確認いただくことができません。
つまり、商標調査Premiumサービスをご利用になっていない場合、その商標が登録できるかどうかは調査できておりませんのでご注意ください。

Procedure
For image trademark searches, we reccomend using our Trademark Search Premium service.
To search for a trademark in Amazing DX, enter the elements of the image. (e.g., "apple" for an image of "apple")
*Please ignore all search results and request an application.When requesting an application, please indicate in the remarks field that you wish to file an application with an image.
* If you use our Trademark Search Premium service, It will be smoother if you enter the case number assigned by the service.Please send us the image data as an attachment from the chat in the lower right corner of the site (marked with a zemclip).
If you have more than one case, please specify which image corresponds to which case.
Also, if you have not entered your e-mail address, we will ask you for your address. (To help us identify you)
We will then proceed with the trademark application based on the image data sent to us.
†1 We also accept image data sent by e-mail.
†2 If you sent the image data via chat (e-mail) when requesting a trademark application, please let us know that you have already sent the data to us so that we can proceed smoothly.
†3 Amazing DX requires you to conduct a trademark search when requesting an application. Therefore, trademarks that do not include text (trademarks with only illustrations) cannot be checked for prior trademarks on the Amazing DX trademark search.
Thus, please note that whether or not the trademark can be registered is not investigated, unless the search has been conducted in Trademark Search Premium service.
