Sharing Media via Email and Links
In this support article, we'll explore the process of sharing collections and files via email or through shareable links within the platform. Whether you're collaborating with team members or sharing media externally, these features provide convenient options for efficient communication and collaboration.
Sharing Products:
Use Search or Advanced Search to find the product folders you would like to share.
Make sure the search page is toggled to "Products" and not "Files" in the top left hand corner.
Select the product folder(s) you wish to share by clicking on the checkbox on the top left hand corner of the product. You can choose multiple folders if needed.
Click on the button with three dots in the very bottom right of the screen, and then select "Share."
You'll be presented with two sharing options: 'Via Email' and 'Get Shareable Link'.
To share via email, enter the recipient's email address(es) and send the share link directly.
Alternatively, you can generate a shareable link by clicking "Get Shareable Link" and then copy the link to share with others.
(Keep in mind the regional and role permissions of your recipients to ensure they have appropriate access to the shared content.)
Sharing Files:
Switch to the "Files" tab within the platform interface.
Select the file(s) you wish to share.
Click on the button with three dots on the bottom right of the screen, and then choose "Share."
Like sharing products, you have the option to share via email or generate a shareable link.
To share via email, enter the recipient's email address(es) and send the invitation directly.
Alternatively, you can generate a shareable link by clicking "Get Shareable Link" and then copy the link to share with others.
(Keep in mind the regional and role permissions of your recipients to ensure they have appropriate access to the shared content.)

Note that you can only share files or product folders at the same time via the share feature. If you would like a mix of both, please refer to our Lightbox support article.
