Downloading Collection Folders and Digital Assets

In this support article, we'll guide you through the process of downloading collection folders and their associated digital assets and product information within Amplifi. Whether you need to access images, videos, or product details offline, downloading collection folders offers a convenient solution. Let's explore how to download and access your content on your computer.

Selecting Collection Folders for Download:

To begin, use the general search or advanced search feature to find your desired collection folders. Make sure you are toggled to Collections on the top left hand side.
Select your folders by checking the box on the top right.
Navigate to "Batch Actions", then select "Download".
You will be prompted to choose your image and video formatting. You may choose multiple if desired.
Click "Download".

Accessing the Downloaded Folders:

After initiating the download, Amplifi will package the selected items into a zip file and email it to you. Check your email inbox for the download link. Upon clicking the link, the zip file will be downloaded to your computer.
Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer and unzip it by double-clicking (for macs). Inside the unzipped folder, you'll find subfolders corresponding to the collection folders you selected. Each subfolder contains the digital assets and product information associated with the respective collection folder
Within each subfolder, you'll find the digital assets, such as images and videos, as well as the product information stored in Excel format. You can easily navigate through the folders to access the specific files and information you need. The digital assets and product details are organized for easy reference and offline access.
