PXM Release Notes – December 2025

Navigation, Search, and Filtering Enhancements

  • Browse faster: Advanced pagination and new filters across Brands, Share Lists, Media, and Match make it a breeze to find what you need.

  • Date and time filters, saved filter options, and bulk keyword search to instantly surface products, media, and mappings.

  • "View As" is now always at your fingertips, visible, interactive, and powered by managed-role support.

  • Global enhancements to search bars, reset behavior, and attribute sorting in Syndication.

Media and File Management Updates

  • Media Page: Two-phase rollout enabling browsing of all media in one place, with enhanced stack visibility and variant media.

  • Media Viewer: Reorganized for clarity with added optional overlay layers.

  • Access: Enabled shared-portal users to access stacks and media tabs.

  • Image Central: Included hashing, pHash, and new endpoints.

  • Improvements: Fixed oversized ® symbol in PDFs, PNG/EPS filename conflicts, and file naming for seamless uploads and downloads.

Templates, PDFs, and Exports Updates

  • Migrated PDF templates from V2 to V3, with continued support for seller-specific templates.

  • Auto-map templates improved for accuracy and speed.

  • Consolidated Line List & PDF Sheet tabs per new design.

  • Fixed export tab issues and enhanced redirects from V1 to V3.

  • File search features now include total counts on /file/search.

Syndication, Match, and Listing Improvements

  • Match upgrades: Improved metrics, easier product selection, better error messages, data exports, and support for new organizations.

  • Listing Product Type: Users can now set and modify product types.

  • Auto Syndication: Ready for internal testing with Pattern and then we’ll start working towards a rollout with pattern customers likely sometime in Q2.

  • Seller specific templates: API Syndication templates for Amazon are now collected on the seller-specific basis for 3P customers. This is done to increase accuracy and reduce the likelihood of failure when syndicating. The Amazon 1P transition to seller specific templates will likely happen sometime around Christmas.

  • Seller Visibility: Added “Seller” column to unassociate screens and collection-level listings.

Collections, Folders, and Shared Portal

  • Action history is now always visible on collection folders.

  • Variant tab visibility improved; ability to remove parents/variants fixed.

  • Folder settings reorganized (Attribute Settings).

  • Shared Portal (Links): Now includes Media Viewer, Media Tab, and Attributes Tab; improved refresh handling and access to the getStack API; and added search, compact/enlarged views, and language support for share pages.

User Experience and Interface Enhancements

  • More intuitive region → Org Unit labeling across PXM.

  • Updated role sorting and privilege-driven visibility for settings tabs.

  • Added dimension for compact/enlarged views in share lists.

  • Improved divider, overlays, and general UI polish across PXM V3.

AI and Automation Enhancements

  • AI Copy: Added edit history (Back End + Front End), popup navigation, and partial optimization workflows (Back End + Front End).

  • New text-instructions field for Image Generation.

  • Request New Content Brief tool integration.

Analytics and Metrics

  • Analytics now available through https://analytics.pxmcx.com/. Access code can be obtained from your Customer Success Manager.

  • In-App Analytics: OpenSearch indexing strategy has been implemented.

  • Metrics Tracking Phases I and II deployed.

Backend, Infrastructure & Stability

  • Improvements to redirects across products, files, folders, and share pages.

  • Overwrite flows from Scorecard/Live → PIM enhanced.

  • Large-file upload failures now auto-fail fast for a clearer user experience.

  • Storage information architecture upgraded.

  • Added auth middleware to Image Central.

Localization and Globalization

  • Spanish localization is now supported.

  • Added language support for share pages.

  • Updated terminology from Regions → Org Units across PXM.
