Advanced Search Feature

In this support article, we'll explore the advanced search feature in Amplifi, offering users powerful tools to efficiently locate specific items within their Amplifi instance. Whether searching for multiple items in bulk or conducting a conditional search by attribute, the advanced search feature streamlines the search process and enhances user productivity.

Accessing Advanced Search:

  1. Locate the search bar within the Amplifi interface.

  2. Hit enter or select the magnifying glass icon on the right-hand side to initiate the search.

  3. Within the top search bar, locate and click on the "Advanced Search" button.

Key Features of Advanced Search:

  1. Bulk Search: Users can search for multiple items in bulk by directly copying and pasting SKUs into the search bar. The system auto-formats the SKUs for enhanced searchability, displaying all files or collections with matching names.

  2. Conditional Attribute Search: Users can conduct conditional searches by attributes housed in Amplifi. By selecting the desired attribute and specifying conditions (contains, does not contain), users can refine their search results effectively.

    - Example: Searching for products with the attribute "Country of Origin" contains "New Zealand" will display all items with this attribute value set as New Zealand.

    - Users can also specify negated conditions, such as products where the attribute "Country of Origin" does not contain "New Zealand."
