Overlays are the building blocks for extra content. You can upload logos or graphics, create text directly in Amplifiles, or add shapes like rectangles to give text a background. Each overlay can be styled, positioned, and animated, and you can save your own setups as templates for future use.
Note: The old Outro section has been removed. You can now build your outros with Overlays instead.
Common overlay uses in real estate videos
Keep your logo in the corner for the whole video to build recognition.
Show your logo big at the start for a branded intro.
Add property details (address, price, size) over the first image.
Highlight features with short text like “Renovated kitchen” or “Private yard.”
Show contact info at the end so buyers know how to reach you.

Elements
Elements are overlays you place at specific points in the video. You decide whether they appear at a certain second or tied to a specific image. Every change updates instantly in the preview, so you always see how it looks.
Adjust order and timing for each element
You can change the order of elements to control which ones appear in front or behind. For example, place a rectangle as a background and layer text on top of it.
Each element also has its own entry and exit settings. Choose when it appears (at the start, at a specific second, or on a certain image) and how it enters (fade in). Do the same for the exit so your overlays appear and disappear smoothly.
Common setups
1. Logo in corner
Upload your logo, resize it, and set it to appear across the whole video.
2. “Just Listed” text in center
Add a bold text element, place it in the middle of the screen, and set it to fade in during the opening seconds to grab attention.
3. Agent contact bar
Add a rectangle across the bottom of the video, then layer text with your name and phone number on top. Keep it visible for the whole video so viewers always know how to reach you.
Add start scene
The start scene plays before the animated images. It’s often used for branded intros, such as an agency logo card or a short video clip.
Add end scene
The end scene plays after the animated images. Agents often add logos, contact details, or a call-to-action here to close the video with their brand.
Templates and re-use
Any overlay or element setup you create can be saved as a template. This makes it easy to keep your videos consistent without rebuilding your branding every time.
