You’re probably seeing this because your images aren’t animated yet if:
the Export video button is greyed out
the preview plays music but the images don’t move
you get the message “animate at least one image”
Choosing a style only picks the movement. Nothing is animated until you press Animate images.
Even if you’ve selected animation styles (such as push in, rotate, or animation suggestions), the animation process does not start until you press Animate images.
Until the animation is finished, the Export video button stays inactive, which is why downloading isn’t possible yet.
How to fix it
Select animation styles for your images
Scroll to the bottom of the editor
Click the Animate images button
Wait for the animation to finish (this usually takes about 3 minutes)
Once the animation is complete, the Export video button becomes active and you can download your video.

The inactive Export button is expected before animation is finished
Nothing is lost while images are animating
You can review and adjust the video before downloading
