Even if you’ve selected animation styles (such as push in, rotate, or animation suggestions), the animation process does not start until you press Animate.
Until the animation is finished, the Export video button stays inactive, which is why downloading isn’t possible yet.
How to fix it
Select animation styles for your images
Scroll to the bottom of the editor
Click the Animate button
Wait for the animation to finish (this usually takes about 3 minutes)
Once the animation is complete, the Export video button becomes active and you can download your video.
Good to know
The inactive Export button is expected before animation is finished
Nothing is lost while images are animating
You can review and adjust the video before downloading
