When to use Creative Mode: When you need staging, lifestyle additions, cinematic pacing, custom clip lengths, or specific creative direction.
Both modes are available in every account. Switch between them per image.

You can use both quick animations and creative mode clips in the same video. We actually suggest mixing both, because visual effects like speed ramps or humans add value to basic clips.
A few things to know:
A 5-second Creative Mode clip costs the same as one Quick Animation ($1.50)
You can mix lengths in the same video — make hero shots longer, transitions shorter
Regenerating a clip uses credits again (same per-second rate as the original)
One free re-animations per image don't apply to Creative Mode.
