Troubleshooting: Creative Mode

Creative Mode gives you a lot more control, but with that comes a bit more experimentation.

Most issues are easy to fix with small adjustments, like refining your prompt, choosing better start and end images, or tweaking duration. If something doesn’t look right on the first try, that’s normal.

Below are the most common questions and how to fix them.

My prompt didn't generate what I wanted

Refine the wording and regenerate. Be specific about size, color, position, and action. Avoid vague language.

Each regeneration uses credits at the same rate as the original — for image edits, that's 20 credits per attempt. For Custom animations it’s 30 credits per second.

My virtual staging changed the architecture

This shouldn't happen. If walls, floors, or windows look altered, regenerate the staging. If the issue persists, send the original photo and the result to support and we'll investigate.

My added person looks unrealistic

Try a different prompt or use a curated ready-made option. AI-generated people work best in mid-distance shots — close-up portraits are harder.

My video took longer than 5 minutes

Most renders complete in 5 minutes, but complex Creative Mode projects can take up to 10 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, contact support.

My credits ran out mid-project

Add credits in your account settings. Your project is saved automatically and you can resume rendering once topped up.

I want to make a longer clip but it's capped

Creative Mode supports clip lengths well beyond Quick Animations' 5-second cap up to 15 second per clip.

I regenerated several times and burned through credits

In Creative Mode you can either edit images (each revision costs 20 credits / $0.20) or animate images (each animation costs 30 credits/ $0.30 per second). There are no free revisions in Creative Mode. With Quick Animations, you can re-animate each image once for free.

Keep in mind

Creative Mode is more flexible than Quick Animations, which means results can vary more depending on your inputs. The best results usually come from:

  • Clear structure (start and end frames)

  • Simple, specific prompts

  • A couple of iterations instead of many random retries
