👟 What to Bring to Your Class

A guide on what to wear and bring for each class.

When attending a class at our studios, it’s important to bring the appropriate items for the type of class you’ve booked. Below is a guide on what to wear and bring for each class type.


🚴 Cycling

Clothing for cycling classes:

  • ✔️ Wear comfortable workout attire.

  • ✔️ Bring socks for your cycling shoes—studio-provided cycling shoes are available at no extra cost.

Safety and hygiene for cycling classes:

  • ✔️ For hygiene purposes, socks are required for anyone using Amplify's provided cycling shoes

  • ✔️ You are allowed to bring your own cycling shoes with Delta clips from home

  • ✔️ If you do not have clips, we have them available for purchase at the studio, and our team will install them for you.


🚴 Bootcamp

Clothing for bootcamp classes:

  • ✔️ Wear athletic clothing that allows for movement.

  • ✔️ Bring appropriate training sneakers—barefoot participation is not permitted.

Safety and hygiene for bootcamp classes:

  • ✔️ For safety purposes, if you do not have proper training shoes, you will not be able to participate in the class, and your credit will be returned.


🧘‍♀️ Yoga

Clothing for yoga classes:

  • ✔️ Wear stretchable, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.

  • ✔️ No need to bring a mat—mats are provided at the studio.


🏋️‍♀️ Barre

Clothing for barre classes:

  • ✔️ Wear comfortable workout attire.

  • ✔️ Grippy socks are recommended for better stability (available for purchase at the studio).

  • ✔️ You may also choose to practice barefoot.


💧 Additional Essentials

Here are some additional essentials that are recommended to have with you:

  • ✔️ Water bottle – Stay hydrated during class. Purified water fountains are available at all studio locations.
