Choosing the Main Host

The Main Host is the designated lead for a 3D presentation.

The Main Host is typically responsible for walkthroughs, client reviews, or guiding others through the content.

Assigning a Main Host:

  • Identifies who’s responsible for the presentation

  • Helps teammates and stakeholders know who to contact

  • Keeps things organised when managing multiple presentations

You can set or update the Main Host at any time—either from the homepage or within the 3D presentation.

From the dashboard:

  1. Hover over the 3D presentation thumbnail.

  2. Click Manage from the three-dot dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down and select "Appoint Main Host".

  4. Choose a team member who has Host permissions.

Only users with Host permissions will appear in the list.

From within the 3D presentation:

  • Open the presentation

  • Open the left-hand panel and click Edit

  • Scroll to the Main Host section

  • Select a team member or enter a name

  • Save your changes
