The Main Host is typically responsible for walkthroughs, client reviews, or guiding others through the content.
Assigning a Main Host:
Identifies who’s responsible for the presentation
Helps teammates and stakeholders know who to contact
Keeps things organised when managing multiple presentations
You can set or update the Main Host at any time—either from the homepage or within the 3D presentation.
From the dashboard:
Hover over the 3D presentation thumbnail.
Click Manage from the three-dot dropdown menu.
Scroll down and select "Appoint Main Host".
Choose a team member who has Host permissions.
Only users with Host permissions will appear in the list.
From within the 3D presentation:
Open the presentation
Open the left-hand panel and click Edit
Scroll to the Main Host section
Select a team member or enter a name
Save your changes
