If camera movement feels too quick or too slow, try adjusting the move speed using the fast forward or backward buttons in the bottom left corner of the screen. You can decrease it to 0.1 for slower movement or increase it up to 20 for faster navigation.
If that doesn't help, check whether your model was exported with the scale set to centimeters from your BIM software. If the scale is off, try re-exporting and uploading the file again.
