You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately β new models and connectors are available the moment you confirm.
How to upgrade or change your plan
Click your workspace name in the top left, then go to Settings.
Under the workspace section, click Billing.
Review your current plan and available options.
Click Upgrade, select the plan you want, and confirm.
Switching to yearly billing
Yearly billing costs less than month-to-month. To switch:
Go to Settings > Billing.
Find the option to switch to yearly and confirm.
You'll be charged the annual rate immediately, and your billing cycle resets from that date. See anara.com/pricing for current annual rates.
Downgrading your plan
Go to Settings > Billing.
Select the lower plan you want to move to.
Confirm the downgrade.
Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then the new plan takes effect. Your documents and data are never affected by a plan change.
Downgrading to Free: Connectors (Zotero, Google Drive, etc.) will be disconnected and higher-tier AI models will no longer be available. Your documents and notes are always safe.
What changes when you switch
Upgrading: New AI models and connectors available immediately.
Downgrading: Changes take effect at end of billing period. No data lost.
Switching to yearly: Charged immediately at the annual rate; billing cycle resets.
