With Jobber's Angi Leads integration, the leads that come in through Angi Leads will sync to Jobber and create a new request so that you can continue with your workflow and manage your business operations in Jobber. The Angi Leads integration supports all of Angi's products in the United States, including Angi Ads, Angi Pro, Angi.com, and HomeAdvisor powered by Angi.
Eligibility for the integration
The Angi Leads integration is available for Jobber users in the United States on paid Jobber plans, including Core, Connect, and Grow. View Jobber's current pricing plans.

Set up the integration
You will need an Angi Leads account in order to use Jobber's integration with Angi Leads. The Angi Leads and Jobber integration must be set up from Jobber's App Marketplace.
To connect Jobber to Angi Leads:
Sign into Jobber.com, then select Apps from the side navigation.
From the App Marketplace, select Angi Leads.
From the Angi Leads header, select Connect.
To authorize the Angi Leads integration to access the listed information from your Jobber account, select Allow Access.
Next, you'll be prompted to enter your Angi Leads Account Number.
To find your Angi Leads Account Number:
Open your Angi Leads account in a new tab.
Select My business from the top menu.
Select the Statements subtab.
Under Account Overview, copy your Account Number.
Note: To quickly jump to Angi Leads in a separate tab, select the Go to Angi Leads link.
If you are using Angi Pro or Angi Ads, your Account Number can be found by selecting the user icon in the top right of your Angi account.
Once your Angi Leads Account Number has been copied, paste it into the "Enter Angi Leads Account Number" field in the first step of the set up. Once entered, select Connect Accounts.
It can take up to one business day for Angi Leads to finalize the integration set up. Once the integration is ready to go, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know.
Once the set up is complete, all leads that come in through Angi Leads will be automatically sent to Jobber so you can continue with your operations in one place.
To exit the integration set up, select the Return to App Marketplace button.

Create a sample request
The sample request shows a preview of how a new lead from Angi will appear when synced to Jobber. The data in the sample isn't real client information—it's just an example to help you see how requests created through the integration will look and how you'll be notified about them.
The sample request will display the contact info of the Jobber user who selected the button to create the sample request. If the user in Jobber doesn't have their email address, phone number, or address field filled out (these settings are found by navigating to the Gear Icon > Manage Team), the sample request will have placeholder information filled in the missing fields instead.
Once you're finished with the sample request, archive the sample request and then archive the sample client.
To archive a request:
Navigate to the request (in this case, this is the sample request)
From the request, select More Actions > Archive Request.
To archive a client:
Navigate to the client's profile (in this case, the sample client).
From the client's profile, select More Actions > Archive Client.

How does the integration work?
When a new lead comes into Angi Leads (or Angie Pro), the integration will create a new client and new request in Jobber. Any new clients created by the integration will automatically have "Angi Leads Integration" as the lead source.
Automatically add new clients through the integration
Clients created through Angi Leads will include the leads':
Name
Property address
Email address
Phone number
If the lead matches a client that already exists in Jobber, the integration will update the existing client in your Jobber account as long as the first and last names and either a phone number or email address match. Any additional contact information (such as an address, email, or phone number) will be automatically added to the client in Jobber.
Automatically create new requests through the integration
A request for the lead from Angi Leads will be automatically created in Jobber. The request will be the starting point for your workflow in Jobber, so from here, you can evaluate if this request will move forward to a quote or job. Learn more about Converting a Request to a Quote or Job.
Requests created through the Angi Leads integration will automatically have a title that begins with "Angi Leads" followed by additional information about the category of lead.
The details on the request contain the information submitted by the lead through the Angi.com website or HomeAdvisor. These details cannot be edited since they are what the lead is requesting for their service. If you convert the request either to a quote or job in Jobber, you will also be able to view the lead details in the right-hand side of Jobber.com.
