How to Cancel Your Angi Agreement

To cancel your agreement, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Care team at 877-947-3639 during their available hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM MST

If you are receiving too many leads or need to take a temporary break, making some updates to your account may be a better option:

  • Pause your leads: Need to take a break? You can pause your leads for up to 2 weeks. If you only purchase Opportunity leads, you cannot pause your leads, but you can stop accepting new connections until you are ready to take on more work.

  • Control the times you receive leads: Get leads that fit your schedule by setting up your account to only receive leads during your business hours. Note: this feature is not available to pros who only purchase Opportunity leads.

To delete your personal information from Angi (according to our privacy policy), please submit a request to us via email at privacyofficer@angi.com including the email address that you have used to transact with Angi.
