View and manage team members who have access to your Angi business account on the Angi Pro site. Each team member will use their own login credentials to access your Angi business, with different permissions depending on the level of access needed.
Note: All edits to associates must be completed by a designated admin. To find out who the admin is, hover over My business in the top menu bar of the Angi Pro site and click on the Manage team tab. You will see each user labeled as either admin or associate under the Type column. There can be multiple admin users on your account.
If you need to add a new team member as an account owner that can request changes to your agreement with Angi, call the Admissions team at (888) 846-0968 so the new team member can complete a background check.
Whatโs the difference between an admin and an associate?
A user who is designated as an admin has the highest level of access to your Angi account. This would be an ideal designation for business owners and managers. A user with associate level access can receive lead notifications, follow up with homeowners, and request reviews, but cannot make any changes to the Angi profile that would impact monthly spend. This would be an ideal designation for employees taking calls or working in the field.
See below for the permissions granted to each user type.
