Note: All edits to associates must be completed by the designated admin. To find out who the admin is, hover over My Business in the top menu bar of the Angi for Pros site, then select Associates in the drop down. The admin associate will show a check mark on the far right. There can be multiple admin users on your account.
Angi for Pros site:
Sign in to the Angi for Pros site with an Admin login.
Hover over My business in the header, then click on Associates in the dropdown menu.
To add a new associate, click the Add Associate button and enter the new associate’s name and email address. The new associate will receive an email shortly after, prompting them to log in and set their password.
To remove an old associate, click the Remove button next to their name and email.
Note: In order to update an associate's email address or add/remove their admin status, you will need to remove their email address and add it again with the updated information.
Angi Pro Ads app:
Sign in to the Angi Pro Ads app with an admin login.
Select My Business at the bottom right of the screen.
Select Manage Associates.
To add a new associate, tap the Add Associate button at the bottom of the screen and enter the new associate’s name and email address.
Once you’ve entered the new associate’s name and email, click Add Associate at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. The new associate will receive an email shortly after, prompting them to log in and set their password.
To remove an associate, tap the trash can icon next to their information and tap Yes, Remove Access on the confirmation screen.
Note: In order to update an associate's email address or add/remove their admin status, you will need to remove their email address and add it again with the updated information.
