How to Edit my Associates

Edit, add or remove employees who can access your account (desktop & Angi app)

Note: All Associate edits must be completed by the Admin associate.

To find out who the Admin is, click on My Business in the right hand corner of your Business Center, then select Associates in the drop down. The Admin associate will show a check mark on the far right. There can be multiple Admin users on your account.

On the Desktop:

  1. Go to the Angi for Pros site and sign in with an Admin login.

  2. Hover over My business in the header, then click on Associates in the menu.

  3. You have the ability to add new Associates or remove old ones.

Note: In order to update an associate's email address or add/remove their Admin status, you will need to remove their email address and add it again with the updated information.

Adding Associates:

  1. Click the Add Associate button. A box will appear where you can fill in the new employee's first name, last name and email address.  If you would like to make this user the Admin, you can do so at this time via the checkbox. 

2. Your new Associate will receive an email shortly after and be prompted to log in and set their password.

Removing Associates:

  1. Click the Remove button next to the Associate that you no longer want to have access to your account.

  2. Confirm by clicking on the Remove Access button in the pop-up. This change is effective immediately. 

In the Angi app:

  1. Sign into the Angi app with the Admin login.

  2. Select My Business on the bottom right of the screen.

  3. Select Manage Associates from the Business Management Tools section towards the top.

Adding Associates:

  1. Click the Add Associate button at the bottom of the screen.

2. A box will appear where you can fill in the new employee's first name, last name and email address. If you would like to make this user the Admin, you can do so at this time via the checkbox.

3. Finish by selecting Add Associate.

Removing Associates:

  1. Click the trash can icon to the right of the Associate that you would like to remove

2. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to revoke all access to the Business Center and Pro App, effective immediately. If so, select Yes, Remove Access.
