Gathering reviews will help potential customers gain an understanding of your workmanship. Every so often, you may have a homeowner who says they've submitted a review that isn't visible on your profile. This could be due to a number of reasons:
Once a homeowner submits a review, it typically takes 24-48 hours before it is visible on your profile. It could be that the homeowner has submitted your review, but it hasn't had time to appear on your profile yet.
The homeowner who submitted the review could have been flagged for internal verification. Our consumer verification process sets us apart from other review sites -- we work to ensure our reviews come from real customers, not spam bots, and not family members, employees, or competitors. This process adds integrity to our reviews. If a consumer is flagged for verification, they'll receive communication from Angi that they can respond to (either an email, text, or phone call).
The homeowner who submitted the review could have recently submitted a previous review on your profile. These duplicate reviews are automatically flagged in our system to prevent the same homeowner from leaving multiple reviews on the same job. These flagged reviews are investigated internally, and if they describe different service experiences, they should be posted within a few business days.
