2. How often should I request reviews?

You should ask homeowners for reviews early and often. Request them directly from your Angi Leads account or use your personal review link on social media, in emails, or on your invoices.

3. How does Angi verify reviews?

Many reviews are verified through an automated process. We also have a Customer Care team that follows up with homeowners to verify reviews in certain circumstances.

4. Does Angi help me get reviews?

When a homeowner hires you through Angi, we invite the homeowner to review your company on your behalf.

5. What is my personal review link?

Your personal review link sends homeowners directly to a page where they can review your business. Make your personal review link easy to access by adding it to your company’s invoices, emails, business cards and social media profiles. Then, encourage homeowners to leave a review!

6. Can I respond to reviews on my profile?

Yes, you can respond to reviews on your Angi Leads profile. Responding positively and constructively reinforces your commitment to good customer service and shows customers that you take their feedback seriously.

7. How should I respond to negative reviews?

If you receive a negative review, make sure to keep your response positive and professional. Apologize if it’s needed and offer to work with the homeowner toward a resolution if possible. This keeps your business looking helpful, professional and responsive.
