How to Rate Your Leads

Submit feedback for the leads you receive.

In your Angi business account, you have the option to rate the quality of each lead. This feedback helps us understand which leads are working well for your company and allows us to identify where we can improve.

Lead rating is only available in a web browser at this time and is not part of the Angi for Pros app.


How to rate leads:

  1. Sign in to your business account in a web browser.

  2. Click on the Leads tab.

  3. Select the specific lead you would like to rate.

  4. Click the blue Rate lead quality link. You’ll be asked to provide a star rating on a 1-5 scale, indicate whether you have talked to the customer, and select the lead outcome. Then, click Send your feedback.

  5. To adjust your lead rating at any time, click on the Rate lead quality link and revise your feedback.
