If you believe you received a lead in error, you may be eligible to receive a credit for the lead. Your credit request will be reviewed by the Angi team. If the lead is determined to be eligible for credit, the lead fee amount will be applied to your Angi Leads account to be used for future lead costs.

Angi Leads Pro app:
Open the Angi Leads Pro app.
Tap the Leads tab and open the lead in which you are requesting a credit.
Tap the overflow menu in the upper right of the lead and then select Request Credit.
You'll see an overview of the requirements to evaluate a lead credit. Tap Continue.
5. Select the reason for your credit request and then provide additional details, as necessary. Tap Continue.
6. Your lead credit request will be reviewed by the Angi team within 5 business days.
