Angi may, in its sole discretion, issue you a credit ("Credit"), provided that you request any and all Credits within 45 days of the date that the charge was incurred and you do not have overdue account balances. Credits that are issued to a Service Professional's account will be issued as store credits, which will be applied toward future charges to your account. Credits will expire, if not used, six months after the date the Credit was issued. Angi also reserves the right to provide Credits for circumstances not listed below.

The following situations may be eligible for lead credits:

  1. The phone number isn’t in service or doesn’t belong to the consumer

  2. The location doesn’t match the ZIP codes you are profiled for

  3. The project doesn’t match the tasks you perform

  4. The lead is the same as a previous lead

  5. Your leads were turned off

The following conditions must be met to qualify for a lead credit:

  1. The lead is less than 45 days old

  2. You have call tracking enabled on your account

  3. You attempted to call the consumer within 24 hours of being sent the lead

We realize that not all leads can be turned into jobs and we account for these situations while striving to offer competitive lead pricing. The following situations are accounted for in our lead pricing, so are not eligible for lead credits.

  1. Consumer is not calling you back

  2. Consumer already found someone to complete the work

  3. Consumer changed their mind

  4. Consumer is just "shopping"

  5. You did not win the job
