You now have the ability to send an automated message to a consumer as soon as they submit their first lead to your company. By default, this feature is turned off, but it is very easy to turn on!

Note: This feature is only accessible within the Angi Leads Pro App. You’ll need to update to app version 24.24.1 or newer on Android or 24.24.2 or newer on iOS in order to have this feature.

Turning on the feature

  1. From the home screen of the app, tap Messages.

  2. At the top of the screen, tap Automations. On this screen, you can turn on a pre-built template or customize your own message to initiate conversations with new leads.

  3. Don’t have enough time to customize? Get started with one of our pre-built templates. Tap the drop-down to select one that works for you.

  4. If you prefer, choose Write your own to create your own custom template and craft a personalized message for homeowners from your company. Note: Only one custom template can exist at a time. If you want to adjust your custom message then you’ll need to select the Write your own option again to replace your current custom message with a new one.

  5. Once you have selected the template you would like to send automatically when you receive a lead from a consumer, tap Save.

  6. To turn on your Automated message, turn the toggle on at the bottom of the screen. When it is on, the toggle will be blue and a small pop-up will appear, confirming you’ve turned them on.

  7. To turn off your Automated message, follow the same steps above and turn the toggle off. When it is off, the toggle will be gray.
