How to Request Consumer Reviews from Mobile Web Browser (iPhone)

Getting homeowner reviews to help improve your business profile (mobile web browser)

Did you know you can also access your Angi account through an internet browser on your mobile device? This will show you how to log in on your Mobile Web browser.

Once you are logged in, this is how you Request Reviews:

  1. Click the menu icon in the top left, select the carrot next to Reviews and click Request Reviews.

3. This will open a page that offers the 4 ways to request customer reviews:

Option 1: Select customer from from the Lead Board
Click on the lead from whom you would like to request the review. Their information will pre-populate in the form.

Option 2: Enter customer's information myself
Even if a consumer wasn't a lead through Angi, you can still request that they submit a review.

For options 1 and 2, make sure you have the correct information for your customer and click on the Send button at the bottom of the screen. An email has now been sent to the consumer to request a review.

Option 3: Share Your Review Link
Click on the Copy Link button and paste that link on your website, in an email, or any other way you'd like to correspond with your customers. They can click the link and follow steps to review your company.

Option 4: Add reviews from Google

Click the Import Now button and you'll be prompted to give Angi permission to access your Google Account - click Allow and enter your credentials.

  • Make sure you are using your Google Business Profile email address and password combination.

  • If you haven't already, you must first claim your Google Business Profile.

  • If you have multiple Google Business Profiles linked in your Google Account, you must first unlink those profiles.


Helpful Tips:

  • The most impactful thing you can do to help reviews be verified quicker is to make sure the homeowner's full first and last name is included on all submissions. Phone and email help too!

  • Review requests sent via text are sent directly from your phone number to the homeowner. It will show as a sent text message in the messages app on your phone.

  • If sending review requests by text, the homeowner will receive an initial text message from you that includes a link to follow so they may leave a review. After submitting the review questions, the homeowner will receive a second confirmation text from Angi, which includes another link that the homeowner is required to click on and confirm in order for their review to be processed. Without doing this step, their review will never post.

  • After the homeowner submits their review and responds to the confirmation text from Angi, it will go through our verification process before posting to your profile. This process can take about 48 hours.

  • If the homeowner is contacted for additional verification, it is preferred that they respond back to the email or text message sent directly from the Angi Review Integrity team.

  • If the homeowner is having trouble finding the email from Angi Review Integrity, encourage them to check their spam or junk folder. The email will be sent from reviewintegrity@angi.com
