If you have an assigned, or preferred, doctor, once you are logged into your Anima account, you can choose a preferred doctor in your User settings.
Click on the User settings tab on the left hand side:
2. Click on the Your preferences tab:
3. If you have a preferred doctor or a doctor you usually see, you can select them from the dropdown list. If your preferred doctor is not available when you submit a request, someone else at GP practice will respond. If you don't have a preferred doctor, just leave this box blank and your GP practice will choose the best person to respond to your request.
