Documents

Over the next 2-3 weeks, we're releasing several changes and updates to Documents. Expect to see this coming through in various releases. Your feedback has been invaluable to us, and we're forever grateful as together we build the future of Primary Care workflow.

This current release, whilst small, is the first step and includes:

Interface and Visuals

  • We've added the document status to the top bar when reviewing a document

  • We've added the section name to the top header (i.e. processed or assigned)

  • You can now sort the documents table by more fields, including letter type, patient name, and file name

  • Our new Documents Handover is now available to all Anima users

Document Coding

  • We're rolling out improvements to our document coding gradually

EHR Integration

  • We've improved the SystmOne task assignment to reduce delays when choosing an assignee

What's next?

Look out for an upcoming webinar as we'll reveal smarter document automation and customisable practice rulesets for:

  • Automatically assigning documents

  • Automating priority rating based on keywords

  • Smarter, more customisable automatic filing & routing workflows
