Triage

We’ve updated the look of the dashboard. This change is primarily to ensure we’re building a consistent experience, however it does include a few important enhancements. For example, it’s now more obvious when your practice is at capacity and new patient requests are restricted.

Minor Improvements

  • We’ve made minor improvements several of our patient questionnaires, including allowing under 16 year olds to submit contraception requests, and improving the back pain screening

  • Appointment slots now show more consistently when loaded from the Toolbar

Documents

Workflows is here!

Workflows allows you to automatically assign, prioritise, and influence coding for documents based on custom criteria. You can setup Document Workflows within your Organisation Settings.

Other Improvements

  • Annie now understands which tasks are intended for the GP surgery rather than the patient or other clinics

  • Annie now defaults to the practice as the recipient and the patient as the sender when no details are available in the document

  • You can now filter saved documents by the user(s) who saved them

  • The Clinical Department field can now be set to any value

General

We’re introducing a new top-level structure and visual updates to organisation settings. Settings are now grouped into two main categories: "Products" (Documents, Requests, and Sessions) and "Administrative". This segmentation enhances discoverability and streamlines the organisation of the settings page.
