Enhanced Meeting Support: Sessions now fully supports general meetings, not just patient consultations. This includes a new processing pipeline, allowing you to leverage Anima's transcription and note-taking capabilities for a wider range of clinical and administrative discussions.

Improved Audio Controls: You can now easily check if your microphone is working and select your preferred audio input device directly within Sessions.

Streamlined File Uploading: Uploading pre-recorded sessions for transcription now requires less clicks.

Bulk Delete Sessions: You can now multi-select and bulk delete consultations from the main sessions table, making it easier to manage your list.

Patient Consent Prompt: Before starting a transcription, you will now be prompted to confirm that you have obtained patient consent. This applies to both the main app and the toolbar.

Archive Tab Removed: Sessions are no longer archived but instead are deleted.

Expanded "Adjust with Annie": You can now use the "Adjust with Annie" AI assistance feature for more than just consultation notes! Annie can now help you refine content for meetings, letters, and follow-up communications.

Clearer EHR Entry Wording: The wording for notes generated by Annie AI in the EHR has been updated for clarity. It will now read “Notes initially generated by Annie AI and reviewed” to accurately reflect that these notes have been reviewed by clinicians.

Document Counter Restored: The document counter (e.g., "Document 1 of 5") has been restored when viewing documents in a table, making it easier to track your position.

Clearer Daily Limits & Capacity: We've made it easier to understand your daily request limits and current capacity. The display of remaining requests should now be clearer and update more reliably, helping you manage your workload effectively.

Emergency Response Alerts: Important alerts will now correctly display in the Request View if a patient initially triggers an emergency response, even if they later change their answers, ensuring you're aware of potential urgent situations.

You can now search for settings: Anima is quite feature rich and highly configurable. To make configuring your Anima settings easier, we now support searching in the organisation settings page.

Messaging Invite Stability: Fixed an issue that could cause an error when managing messaging invites for unregistered patients who had partially completed their verification, ensuring smoother communication workflows.

Booking Links in Messages: Fixed an issue where booking links were sometimes missing from messages sent to patients. Patients should now reliably receive booking links.

Automatic Counter Updates: Counters on the Dashboard and Documents tables will now update automatically without needing a page refresh, ensuring you always see the most up-to-date numbers.
