Thank you for choosing Animal ID Premium Protection! We understand that an inactive subscription can be concerning, but rest assured – we are always ready to support and assist you. Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log Out and Close the App:

    • Go to the app settings and select "Log Out". πŸ“²

    • Then, swipe up (or to the left) to completely close the app from memory. ❌

  2. Log In Again:
    ​

    • Launch the app and log in using your username and password. πŸ”‘

  3. Restore Purchases:
    ​

    • Navigate to the subscriptions section and tap "Restore Purchases".

    • This should automatically activate your subscription. πŸ’³βœ…

Sometimes Apple may experience a slight delay in updating active subscription information. If the issue persists after following these steps, please wait up to an hour – everything should resolve. ⏳😊
