Microchipping Date – This is the actual date when the pet was identified with a microchip (displayed on the pet’s public page).
Registration Date – This is the date when the information was entered into the database (additionally displayed in the Pet Care by Animal ID app), assigns automatically and can't be modified.
Current Process for Changing the Microchipping Date
At present, microchipping date can only be changed through our support team.
