In the Animal ID system, there are several types of users, each with its own functionality and capabilities. A single user can have multiple roles under one login and password. To obtain an additional role, the user must first register in the database and then contact the support to request its addition.
📌 Important! Pet owners can take full advantage of the Pet Care by Animal ID mobile app and register their pets directly through it. All other users, including veterinary clinics, shelters, municipal registries, business partners, breeders, and kennel clubs, must register via the web version and register pets exclusively through the web dashboard.
