Saving prepared data sets

This documentation provides a concise guide to the data preparation process within the application, focusing on state saving.

Updated over a week ago

Learn how to manage draft states and version control during Design of Experiments (DOE) data preparation in the Synthace platform. This guide explains how to save progress, review changes, and launch new DOE analyses with confidence.

State Saving in Data Preparation 0:09

  • State saving is user-led; changes made in the Reshape and Calculate sections can be saved.

  • Click 'Save Draft' to store progress when satisfied with changes.

  • Example: If wavelengths are pivoted and the user navigates back via the browser without saving, the changes will be lost.

Saving Progress 0:50

  • After making desired changes, click 'Save Draft' to save the current state.

  • The saved draft retains the reshaped wavelengths and calculations performed.

  • The data preparation version is saved and can be accessed later via the navigation breadcrumbs, and version history panel.

Starting Analysis 1:12

  • Once satisfied with the saved draft, navigate to the Review tab and select 'Start Analysis'.

  • Users can assign a name to the analysis, which will launch the new DOE analysis process.
