Improved data reshaping and calculation updates

We’ve upgraded the Data Preparation app to make handling experimental data—like assay DOEs—faster, more flexible, and more powerful.

Here’s what’s new and why it matters:

You’re no longer limited to quasi-replicates or true replicates — now you can reshape data against any column or factor in your DOE design. Pivot by substrate, pH, temperature, or anything else to structure your data exactly how you need it.

Easily pivot between long and wide data formats. For example, reshape against substrate concentration to view every run across all dose levels — perfect for building complete dose-response curves.

You can now convert auto-generated calculate steps into reshape steps, giving you more control over how data is processed and transformed before analysis. Navigate seamlessly between reshape and calculate steps for a smoother workflow.
