There are currently five DOE elements that you can add DOE factors to:
Make Mixtures – combine multiple liquids together in a well of a new plate
Mix Onto – add multiple liquids on top of an existing liquid in a well of a plate
Define RoboColumn Plate – test multiple types of resins and resin volumes
Run Chromatography Stage – test different samples and buffer, number of collected fractions, fraction volumes, and flow rates
Run Gradient Chromatography Stage – test a ratio gradient of two different buffers in addition to the number of collected fractions, fraction volumes, and flow rates
