Enrollment Status filter helps you quickly segment participants by enrollment status.
Search bar looks only at your participant list for the current employer (unlike universal search).
š Enrollment Status Definitions
Enrolled: Actively covered under COBRA.
Early Terminated: COBRA ended early (voluntarily or for non-payment).
Election Eligibility Lapsed: Missed the 60-day enrollment window.
Election Eligibility Upcoming: Window to enroll will open soon.
Eligible to Enroll: Currently in the 60-day election window.
Enrollment Lapsed: Previously covered COBRA has expired.
Migration Pending: Entered into Anuvi but not yet live.
No Qualifying Event: No COBRA event logged yet (census-only entry).
Open Enrollment Pending: In OE window, but no plan selected yet.
š° Payment Status Definitions
Current: No payment due (either paid, subsidized, or terminated).
Past Due: Missed current/previous monthās payment but still within 30-day grace period.
N/A: Not eligible for COBRA at this time.

Summary
Demographics: Shows name, contact, and whether theyāve registered their portal (grey text to the right changes from āNot Registeredā to āRegisteredā after first login).
Use Edit Participant to update this info. For dependents, use the Details panel.
Coverage:
Enrollment Status (text to the right of coverage): same terms as above
Event Type: e.g. Termination, Reduction of Hours
Event Date: when the QE occurred
Last Day to Elect: The last day a participant is eligible for COBRA. Anuvi calculates this using the event type, state, and demographics
Election Date: When the participant enrolled
Migration Date (If applicable): This is the date Anuvi started billing the participant for COBRA
Payment Status (text to the right of Payment): Displays either Current or Past Due, following the same status logic above.

Generate Invite Packet: An "Invite Packet" is a document containing instructions and a unique registration code that HR can provide to participants before their election notice is generated. It serves as a preliminary informational resource.

Dependents: Add or manage dependents.
COBRA Elections: View what plans the participant (and dependents) are eligible for or enrolled in.
Subsidies: Add monthly subsidies by dollar amount or percentage.
Payments: Full payment history by the participant.
Premiums: Detailed breakdown of premium costs.
Communications: Review and view every communication Anuvi has sent to the participant by date.
Carriers: Track when each carrier was contacted and their confirmation status for each plan this participant has enrolled in.
