🧭 Before You Start
Question-level tag changes affect reporting, scoring, and analytics across workflows. Always test changes in a Demonstration site before broad rollout.
🎯 Why This Matters
Question-level tags control how individual responses are labeled, grouped, scored, and analyzed. Missing or inconsistent tags can result in broken reports, misleading scores, or unusable data.
📝 What Question-Level Tags Do
Question-level tags are used to:
Label question responses in reports
Group the same question across multiple workflows
Enable drill-down analysis in ANVL Insights and BI tools
Support Strength Score and Custom Scoring behavior
Tags apply to individual questions, not entire workflows.
🛠️ How to Edit Question-Level Tags
Open ANVL Insights
Navigate to Mobilize → Editor
Open the workflow template
Select the question to edit
Locate the Tags field in the question settings
Review existing tag values
Update tags using the approved JSON format
Save the changes
Publish the updates to the applicable sites
Required Tag for All Reportable Questions
