How do I get started with the ANVL mobile app?

To get started, download the ANVL app from your device’s app store, sign in using your organization’s configured method, and review the Orientation Screen to access key features.


Steps

Download the App

  1. Open your device’s app store:

    • Apple App Store (iOS)

    • Google Play Store (Android)

    • Microsoft Store (Surface / Windows)

  2. Search for ANVL.

  3. Tap or click Install.

  4. Enable automatic updates in your device settings to ensure you receive the latest features and fixes.


Sign In

Your sign-in method depends on your organization’s configuration.

Option 1: Username & Password

  1. Locate your “Welcome to ANVL” email.

  2. Select the link to set your password.

  3. Open the ANVL app.

  4. Enter your username and password.

  5. Tap Sign In.

Option 2: Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. Open the ANVL app.

  2. Tap Single Sign-On.

  3. Enter your work email address.

  4. Complete multi-factor authentication (if required).

  5. Choose to stay signed in if desired.


Orientation Screen

After signing in, you will land on the Orientation Screen. This serves as your home base within the app.

Main areas include:

  • Workflows – Start and complete procedures

  • Assignments – View required or recurring tasks

  • My ANVL – Log and track concerns

  • Vault – Access reference documents

  • Support – Help Center and assistance

Most frontline users spend the majority of their time in Workflows.


Additional Details

  • ANVL supports Single Sign-On (SSO) when configured by your organization.

  • Login credentials are typically aligned with your Benchmark Gensuite access.

  • If you experience login issues, contact your internal administrator or Anvl Support.
