Steps

Access ANVL Insights

  1. Open ANVL Insights from Benchmark Gensuite Apps, or go to insights.anvl.com.

  2. Sign in using your organization’s access method.

  3. Open the area you need based on the task you want to complete.

Use Live Feed

  1. Open Live Feed to review workflow activity.

  2. Filter by date, site, user, workflow, or status.

  3. Open a workflow to review details and follow up as needed.

Use other manager tools

  1. Open Analytics to review trends and leading indicators.

  2. Open Assignments to create or manage scheduled work.

  3. Open Vault to manage content shared with frontline teams.

  4. Open workflow details to create corrective actions when needed.

Additional Details

  • Live Feed is the primary working view for most users in ANVL Insights.

  • Workflow records can include responses, photos, timestamps, and review status.
