Get support in the ANVL Mobile App

ANVL includes built-in support options so you can get help without leaving the app.

Access Support in the Mobile App

In the ANVL mobile app:

  • Tap the person with a headset icon

  • This opens the same Help Center and chat experience

  • You can send messages directly to the support team from within the app

Access Support in a Browser

When using workflows.anvl.com:

  • Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner

  • From there, you can:

    • Search the ANVL Help Center

    • Start a chat with the ANVL Support team

This is the fastest way to get answers to common questions or request help.

Using the Help Center

The Help Center includes articles on:

  • Mobile app basics

  • Offline mode

  • Workflows and assignments

  • Manager Dashboard

  • Troubleshooting and tips

Most frontline users will primarily reference ANVL Mobile App articles.

When to Contact Support

Use in-app support if you need help with:

  • Logging in or password issues

  • App behavior or errors

  • Questions about features or workflows

  • General ANVL usage questions

Support messages go directly to the Benchmark Gensuite ANVL team.
