With Team Assignments in ANVL, managers can create Teams and assign workflows or schedules directly to those Teams—eliminating the need to manage assignments one person at a time.
This enhancement reflects real-world operations across shifts, crews, and functional groups, making it easier to coordinate, track, and complete work at scale within ANVL Manager Dashboard.
What’s New
Create and manage Teams within the Users area of ANVL Manager Dashboard.
Assign to Individuals or Teams using a toggle during assignment or schedule creation
Automatic Team Completion Mode: Everyone Completes is enforced for all Team assignments
Mobile visibility enhancements: Team indicators and details are visible to frontline workers
Notifications included: Standard email notifications and 7-day reminders apply to all Team members
Why This Matters
Reduce administrative effort by assigning once to an entire Team
Improve visibility into team-based work across shifts and crews
Strengthen accountability with clear ownership and completion expectations
