Steps
Open My ANVL Dashboard.
Select the option to create a new concern.
Choose the concern type.
Enter the required details, such as location and when it was observed.
Add photos if needed.
Submit the concern.
Return to My ANVL Dashboard to track status updates.
Additional Details
Not all organizations have My ANVL Dashboard or concern reporting enabled.
Concern type labels may vary by organization, such as Near Miss, Good Catch, Hazard Observation, or Don’t Walk By.
Submitted concerns may show statuses such as Open, In Progress, or Closed.
