Answer
Work Folders are used to organize related workflows for a job, site, customer, or other unit of work. Think of a Work Folder like a file folder that holds all related workflows and activity in one place. Your organization may or may not have Work Folders enabled.
Employees added to a Work Folder can view the workflows in that folder, including the details captured, and can add additional workflows to it. They can also add other employees from the same group to the folder. In this way, Work Folders can also be used to limit visibility to a specific group of users.
