I can't login to insights.anvl.com

Anvl supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Make sure one of those options is the browser are you are using for Anvl.

If insights.anvl.com (manager dashboard) won't load, it can mean a few different things. The steps below should help you troubleshoot.

How To Troubleshoot

  • Log out and log back in

  • Open a new tab or different browser

  • Try typing https://insights.anvl.com manually. See if you can login (not by clicking a bookmark or link)

  • Try hard refresh (holding down shift and hitting "refresh") when loading the login page

  • Look and see if your browser needs to be updated. Find links for your browser here: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox
